Once a goal has been defined, it is time to examine alternative pathways to reach it, followed by the development of a realistic plan to implement that goal in a step-by-step fashion. This skill is especially important because goals without specific action plans don’t often get implemented...they are just ideas...and maybe good ones. This skill prompts us to be more creative in exploring possible solutions, and setting out a plan of action that will get the desired results. What’s in it for you?
