This skill of leading people through resistance to change is required to lay the groundwork for change. People do not want to change simply because someone above them sees a need for change. People must understand the need for change, the benefits and downsides of change, what is required of them and how changing will benefit them, the organization or the community. They want to know how their future will look after the change has taken place. What’s in it for you?
