This skill requires thorough communication with decision-makers and those who will be the implementers of change. Successful change leaders must be able to make a convincing case of the need for change. Based on the assessments and information collected in the above steps, if people are going through a change, they must go through “unfreezing” from the past ways to solidifying their commitment to a preferred future and a pathway to get there.
