Dr. Terry Anderson serves as the Chief Leadership Officer at the International Academy of Public Safety and the President of Anderson Corporate and Executive Coaching, Inc.  In his work he has been trusted by executives at the US Department of Justice, Folsom Police, New Westminster Police Service, Vancouver Police, San Diego Police, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the California State University, Fullerton Police Department, the LA County Sheriff’s Department and LAPD. Dr. Anderson is Professionally Certified by the following organizations:  California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) as a Facilitator for Executive Team Building; Green Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma; Executive Coach by the International Association of Business Coaches; Strategic Management by the Haines Centre for Strategic Management.  He designed and is approved to facilitate the IADLEST and POST (in 35 States) Certified Workshop: Every Officer is a Leader.  His PhD was in Administration and Management with a special focus on Organizational Transformation.
